Pełni Booking Office Waingapu is where you can physically buy tickets for the ferries that leave Waingapu. You can also see the current and exact ferry schedule on the notice board.

Be aware that locals who take you there are interested in making a commission from you so will always ask to help you. You can do it yourself just like buying any ticket for anything in the world.

When you buy the ticket you can also ask for the location of the pier the ferry leaves from. There are 2 loading piers on different sides of the port.
